Joseph is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with 20 years of experience buying and selling property, attaining planning permissions, asset managing and developing into more valuable assets, and then refinancing them. 

He prides himself on his innovative strategies and methodologies for generating the highest value on his investments and always goes above and beyond for his clients. Throughout his career, Joseph has become an expert in spotting potential areas for investment and finding ways to turn assets into something even more valuable than their original state. 

He strives to bring a personal approach to his dealings in order to ensure the satisfaction and happiness of his customers.

Director of Operations

Leana is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the business runs efficiently, consistently, and to the highest professional standards. She plays a central role in structuring processes, managing performance, and supporting the team to operate effectively across all areas of the busines 

She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), and the The Property Institute (TPI). Additionally, she holds a Masters in Real Estate and was a RICS Registered Valuer. 

In 2023 Leana was awarded PropertyWeek's Residential Trailblazer Rising Star and was shortlisted for the RICS Matrics Surveyor Awards 2023 for the Residential Property category. Again in 2024, Leana was recognised by News on the Block as an Unsung Hero. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to her field have earned her great success and industry recognition.

Senior Property Manager

Zainab is responsible for the day-to-day management of mix-use property portfolios, ensuring properties are operated efficiently, compliantly, and to a consistently high professional standard. She works closely with tenants, and contractors to support smooth operations and strong service delivery.

With over 10 years experience in property management, Zainab has managed large scale and complex commercial and residential portfolios, including playing a key role in the delivery and ongoing management of Battersea Power Station Phase 1 and 2. Her experience spans tenancy management, compliance, inspections, contractor coordination, and dispute resolution. She is ATPI qualified and brings a calm, detail driven approach to operational challenges.
